Terms and Conditions

  • Tickets are not refundable and may not be exchanged.
  • Every individual 13 and older must have a ticket for entry to the Charlotte Auto Show.
  • Upon arriving at the Charlotte Convention Center, you will show your ticket and receive a wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times while attending the show.
  • Due to local, state, or federal regulations, masks may be required while onsite.

REVOCABLE LICENSE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND TERMS OF USE: Acceptance or other use of your ticket constitutes agreement to the following terms and conditions: Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the 2021 Charlotte Auto Show.  Your ticket may be revoked, and attendance at the event may be denied, at any time in the sole discretion of the Charlotte Auto Show. The Charlotte Auto Show reserves the right to refuse to admit into or eject from the event any person whose conduct is deemed by the Charlotte Auto Show to be illegal, unruly, dangerous, or in violation of these terms and conditions. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted for any reason. The user of the ticket voluntarily and expressly assumes all risk of personal injury and of loss, theft, and damage of property incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. Use releases all event participants and the Charlotte Auto Show, and its trustees, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims and liability arising out of or related to the event, including without limitation claims and liability arising out of the negligence of each of the foregoing released parties. User shall not distribute, license, sell, create, exhibit, reproduce, adapt, display, perform, excerpt, publish, or otherwise use any picture, photograph, drawing, video, audio, account, or description of the event (i) for any commercial, promotional, or business purpose, or (ii) in any manner that is intended to provide, is promoted or marketed as, or otherwise constitutes a substitute for radio, television or video coverage of the event.

User grants the Charlotte Auto Show and its designees the irrevocable permission to use his/her voice, image, likeness and/or other rights of publicity in any live or recorded video, display, broadcast, photo image, or other transmission, reproduction, or depiction of all of any part of the event in any and all media, including for commercial and promotional purposes. User agrees not to take any action, or to cause others to take action, that would infringe on the rights of the Charlotte Auto Show and its designees as set forth in this paragraph. Your ticket may not be resold and may not be duplicated. The Charlotte Auto Show will not honor tickets that have been lost, stolen, or counterfeited, and will not refund lost, destroyed, or stolen tickets. Your ticket is valid for one entry into the Charlotte Auto Show, November 18 – 21, 2021.  A wristband, valid only on the same day as admission, is required for re-entry. There are no refunds. The Charlotte Auto Show reserves the right to designate in its sole discretion items prohibited from the event. User consents to searches of his/her personal belongings upon entry into the event. Refusal to submit to such searches constitutes a violation of these terms and conditions, and will result in a denial of entry into the event. Any prohibited items found at the time of a search or within the event venue may be confiscated. Possession of prohibited items in the event venue is a violation of these terms and conditions, and is grounds for ejection from the event.

Collection of your Personal Information

Charlotte Auto Show collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. Charlotte Auto Show also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Charlotte Auto Show. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used by Charlotte Auto Show for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Charlotte Auto Show Web site.

By entering Charlotte Auto Show events, you understand and agree that your photograph or image may be taken in any public place.
