Thank you for your interest in the 2013 Charlotte Auto Show. The Online Media Center is intended for use by journalists and auto manufacturers. Watch this area for updates as more information will be added as it becomes available.

 

General Information:

There will be a media-only preview for the 2013 Charlotte Auto Show on November 21, 2012 at 8:30am.

 

The Auto Show Office, located in Room 210 of the Charlotte Convention Center, will serve as the Media Center during the run of the show.

 

The Media Center hours are as follows:

Parking – The Charlotte Auto Show is not responsible for parking for patrons and media. Parking for the show is NOT complimentary. Please park in any lots or parking garages around the Convention Center.

 

Online Newsroom:
The Online Newsroom is intended for working media covering the Charlotte Auto Show. In the Online Newsroom you will find the following information:

Media Credentials Requests:
Media Credentials are intended for working media. They are valid for the Media Preview (November 15) and the Public Show (November 15-18).


A valid government-issued photo ID is needed along with your credential to gain access to the show floor. Media Credentials are not valid for Charity Preview Night.


You may also request credentials at the Charlotte Auto Show Media Center. However, long lines are expected during the Media Preview. Journalists and photographers requesting media credentials at the media center will need the following:


• A valid, state- or government-issued photo ID
• A business card from your credentialed institution

 

Corporate executives, exhibitors, and public relations personnel should register for Exhibitor Credentials. You can access the Exhibitor section of the Web site by clicking here.

 

Registration for media credentials is available on-site only.
