September 4, 2014 – Charlotte, N.C.

The annual Charity Preview Night will kick off the 2014 Charlotte International Auto Show on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at the Charlotte Convention Center from 6:30pm to 9pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to view the exciting 2015 models in style while benefiting this year’s charity partner, The “Y” (formerly the YMCA). Free parking will be provided for all Charity Preview Night guests in the NASCAR Hall of Fame parking deck, located across the street from the Convention Center. (Keep ticket stub to show when exiting)

The Charlotte International Auto Show has joined with The “Y”, the nation’s leading nonprofit committed to strengthening communities in the area of youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The “Y” works side-by-side with their neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.

The Charlotte International Auto Show Charity Preview Night provides an exciting social event for Charlotte area car enthusiasts. Over 400 new vehicles, featuring the latest in style and technology, will be highlighted. The popular “History of the Automobile” exhibit also returns this year with vintage automobiles from the past.

“The “Y” is such a great fit for our charity partnership,” said GCADA Director Loretta Allman. “Not only are they a wonderful organization dedicated to making our neighborhoods better, they are also located in all the communities our dealers represent. We are proud to support this great organization and look forward to an exciting night.”

Charity Preview Night attendees will be treated to a first look at the 2015 models coming to show rooms. There will be music provided, a variety of hors d’oeuvres and refreshments and a chance to rub elbows and visit with all the area car enthusiasts while supporting The “Y”.
